Eid al-Fitr 2025 in Serbia

For Muslims around the world, Eid ul Fitr marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting and prayer. It is one of the largest and most important celebrations in the Islamic calendar.

Is Eid al-Fitr a Public Holiday?

Eid al-Fitr is an optional holiday. Employment and holiday laws in Serbia allow employees to choose a limited number of holidays from a list of optional holidays. Some employees may choose to take the day off on this day, however, most offices and businesses remain open.
